Water Damage in Martinez Kitchen

This Martinez kitchen had water damage from a supply line break to the ice and water dispenser in their refrigerator. Technicians determined the water affected the subflooring the hardwood flooring required removal prior to drying along with the toe kick under the oven. The technicians set up air movers and dehumidification equipment around the area pointed at the fridge to rapidly pull any embedded moisture out of the subfloor as shown in the Before Photo where they are drying the appliances and cabinets in place to limit the disruption to the home. In the After Photo, the wood flooring has not yet undergone repair but the area is dry and ready for installation of replacement floorboards.
